So my GPA dropped from a 4.1 to a 3.2 am I still in for consideration

So basically my 10th grade GPA was 4.1 but in my 11th Grade it dropped down to a 3.2 i had my reasons and i didn't give my 9th grade finals as I broke my finger but my EC are fairly decent so do i still have a chance or should I give up i have just started my 12th so no projected scores and I am yet to give an SAT.

You still have a chance! So long as you do well in the most rigorous classes available during your senior year and optimize the other parts of your profile, you will be competitive. Explaining your extenuating circumstances in 9th grade as well as submitting a good SAT score will also increase your odds of admission. Hope this helps!

I am an international student so how much exactly are we looking at for the SATs and my Subjects as of now are PCM and Electrical Maintenance so are they good

The SAT score you should shoot for depends more on what schools you are applying to. If a school is test optional, then you should only submit an SAT score that is in the top 75% of scores of admitted students. If a school requires the SAT, then scoring the same as the average accepted student will suffice. As a very general rule, a 1400/1600 will make you competitive for most schools.
