Hello I'm an international student applying at Harvard. I submitted my application on 1st january and waiting for interview. And my question is when are interviews assigned? And after what date should I stop waiting?

First of all everyone who have applied/(later got accepted) don't always get a Interview. It depends on the Alumni availability near you. So, If they are available they'll schedule an interview. for your 2nd question, I am not sure till when you should expect!
