Hello! Most internships and programs are highly dependent on your location. If you live near a local college, for example, you can always enroll in finance/business summer courses there. If you are in a more rural area, however, your in-person options will likely be limited.
I do have a few recommendations for online programs, though.
-BETA Camp: a 12 week immersive online training program for students. It focuses on teaching high school students how to start a business from scratch. $240 per week. (https://www.beta.camp/)
-Babson Summer Study: 3.5 week experiential program that is currently online and teaches rising juniors and seniors how to develop entrepreneurial skills. $5500.(https://www.babson.edu/admission/visiting-student-programs/babson-summer-study/)
