I'm currently a junior who wants to apply to UPenn Wharton ED. However, I'm scared that I started my organization (an organization that provides business career exploration resources to high school students) too late (started at the beginning of march). I have a strong social media following (over 2000 followers), and I have some strong content coming out, but I'm hoping that it would all be enough.
Other extracurriculars --- not super in depth but a brief overview:
in the works of publishing an eating disorder community app that provides those struggling with a one on one support friend and a support blog and forums (this is also an end of junior year activity).
Run a book drive that has donated over 3000 books.

Business professionals of america, 6th place in fundamental accounting in state
CFO of non profit organization (10, 11, 12)
Youth leadership board member of computer science for girls non profit organization (11, 12)

No, you are not starting your organization too late. Actually, it's perfectly fine to have an extracurricular activity that is still in progress! You still have a good couple of months left before applications start opening to grow your organization. Either way, your ECs look pretty good.
Hey, you definitly are starting late. I want to be nice about it but I can't. But do not lose hope, what really matter is that you started and by starting and being able to put it on your application.
Also, do not be afraid girl, I mean just look at what you have done so far. The saying goes, aim for the moon and if you miss you will upon a star. Best of luck.
