Research opportunities?

How do I find out about research opportunities? I’m very curious about finding research in general or maybe an internship, but I am not really sure where to start.

Hi! I would make a list of professors at your local colleges that teach in your area of interest. It'd be a good idea to email each of those professors asking if you could perhaps intern/research with them during the summer.
