International Student?

I am an American Citizen and have an American Passport, but I have only lived in America for 3 years of my life. For the rest of it I have been living around the world and going to international schools. When applying in America am I considered an international student or not?

You will be considered a domestic student if you are attending a high school in the US and are a resident of a particular state by the time you submit your application. If you will be applying from an international school, then you will be counted as an international student - your case will be unique though because you will not need a J-1 visa. Hope this helps!
