Applications usually ask for cumulative high school GPA, which is just the average of 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th. However, more emphasis is placed on recent results. If you're an international student, you most likely get grades on a 100 scale, so you don't need to convert to a 4.0 scale for applications. For a chance to get into a good (not top) college, you should aim for around 75-80% (cumulative). For that, you'll need at least 80% every year from now on.
