Struggling GPA

For my first two years of high school I’ve taken all honors/AP classes. Unfortunately my grades in all of them suffered because of family issues and mental health problems. This year I’m taking regular level classes although my Spanish is on track for AP next year. I’m trying to work hard to get back to AP classes for senior year but my GPA is already struggling enormously. I’m still above a 3.0 (3.3 currently) and I take multiple EC’s but I’m not sure if I will be able to pull up my GPA enough to attend a good college.

(My school only goes up to 4.0 unweighted)

Any advice?

Is it even possible to get up to a 3.5-3.75 at the very least?

Yeah, it's possible to get your gpa up. Just be sure to have at least 4-5 A's and one B. If you don't get those letter grades, then sadly it won't be possible for you to achieve the gpa you are looking for. Also, if you try to take AP classes again maybe you'll do better and/or weighted courses it can be beneficial towards your overall gpa.

I don't know about a 3.75 but increasing your gpa by .3 is very achievable just keep your grades in the A or high B range and continue taking weighted courses. I was increasing at this rate every year in high school from a 3.5, 3.7 , to now a 4.1 weighted of course.
