rising junior course selection

hi, im currently a rising junior and since it's course selection season at my school, I will have to choose classes for next year. I really want to take more AP classes and challenge myself and want to go into pre-med. So I need to take higher levels of science and math that are offered at my school. The classes that I'm planning on taking next year includes, AP Chem, APUSH, AP PSYCH, AP LANG, Precalc/wTrig and lastly I'm debating on taking AP Computer Principles/biotech foundation/Human Anatomy & Phys, or continue with second year of latin (i also took world language test w 3 credits) as an elective. The classes that I'm unsure of taking is APUSH and AP Lang, because it's mainly writing based class and writing is not really my strong suit but I can do well on those classes if I put time and effort. Some extracurricular that I'm planning to participate are joining the volleyball or golf (not sure which to pick..) and start my own club (cultural Appreciation club) but not sure my schedule will be manageable. Do you guys recommend me taking taking these classes, if, what should i take in consideration before i sign up for it.

I wouldn't take AP computer science if your not actually interested in computer science cause many colleges dont give credit for it becuase it is not very in depth and does not compare to a real college computer science class. Most of the time this class is also taught be teachers who dont know computer science and are just following AP curriculum, so i would learn about the teacher before selecting the course. Same with the other courses, taking a class with a mean or really strict teacher or one with strange grading policies can make a class more stressful. While APs do look good, so does following your passion. You want to enjoy your electives, theres nothing wrong with picking a weigted class that you enjoy.
