Leadership positions in your extracurricular activities, Research, Internships, Part-time jobs, High SAT Score, Initiatives (start your own project or non-profit), Volunteer Work, competitions etc. Do you need ideas to develop upon anything specific?

I would suggest making a list of safe schools, target school, and reach schools for you to attend, and doing your research on those schools based off your preferences, the programs the school offers, etc. Make sure to get a head start on your college essays and applications as well. Apply for scholarships. You can also try to apply for a summer programs as well.
