gpa

hi everyone, my gpa is currently a 2.8, my freshman year I failed 3 classes and have retaken all of them already. my past two years I've gotten mostly A's mixed in with a few B's. I want to find a way to raise my gpa. any suggestions?

I'm not so sure if it's possible to actually raise your gpa more than you can just by continuing to do better... but I'm pretty sure that when you apply to colleges there is a sort of "extra information" section where you can probably discuss your freshmen year. Nonetheless, you've clearly shown an upwards trend in your grades throughout the years, which is generally seen as a good thing. It's just those few F's you might want to explain in further detail.

Hey, you could take some dual enrollment college course classes if it is offered at your school to raise your GPA, or even take AP classes and a pathway.
