College admissions

Hi! I am a junior in high school, have taken a total of 6 honors classes so far, plan to take 3 APs next year(my school doesn't offer IBs), I am in NHS with far more volunteer hours than needed to be in it, played sports(I can't anymore because of an injury), volunteer 2 times a week outside of school, have about a 4.4 weighted GPA, taking the ACTs soon and based on practice tests will prob get around a 31, work a summer job, and am on the hunt for an internship.

Basically, I am asking for advice about the college admissions process. I plan to go into neuroscience but have been so worried that I am not going to get into any colleges I want(I know that sounds irrational lol). If anyone could give some insight on how they made their applications GREAT for schools(some I am thinking about are Villanova, wake forest, northeastern, and American) and other things I can do to make my application even stronger it would be greatly appreciated!!! I just need to know if I am reaching to high based on my stats
