journalism AND art??
so i'm pretty set on majoring in (investigative) journalism but i still really want to go to an arts school! preferably one with both 2D and 3D animation because i wanna make silly cartoons and video games for me and my friends to enjoy- are there any primarily art schools that offer both a journalism/writing program and arts? does anybody know?
how about columbia college in chicago? i'm also considering going there for a secondary art degree [in game art] and they do have a journalism major. although they don't seem to have a 3D animation major, they do have: game art, game design, computer animation (BFA), and traditional animation (BFA). in terms of writing, they alternatively have creative writing if journalism doesn't work out!
