There are already articles about extracurricular activities on CollegeVine but others I have looked at that are CollegeAdvisor and The College Board.

Crimsonecl.com has a lot of student lead ngo opportunities that can count as both extracurriculars and volunteer hours!!

What do you exactly mean by extracurriculars? That's a very broad term because it can refer to anything you do outside of school for enjoyment or self-enrichment. If you're looking to add extracurriculars, look at the clubs/societies/sports offered by your school and local community.
