AP classes for junior year?

I have been planning for majoring in Economics and plan to apply to Top 20 Liberal Arts Colleges or small to medium universities in the Top 30s.

I have taken AP Calculus BC, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics in my sophomore year already. I would say taking calc bc is quite painful, but the exam, in terms of getting a five, isn't difficult by the way. I'm just not a math person. Although the AP scores are not released yet, but I have a great confidence in getting all fives on the courses mentioned.

What else can I take in junior year to complement my academic background, besides taking Stats of course? (Not considering History though, planning to take in the senior year)

I would take AP English(AP Lit and AP Lang) or AP psychology or AP CompSci Principles. English something everyone has to take so if given the chance I would recommend. AP Lang specifically is a class that is beneficial for developing writing skills and I personally liked it. AP psychology is an interesting course and if you want to take it, I have heard it's a very easy course that you can easily self study as long as you memorize. Another easy course is AP Computer Science Principles which is block coding through MIT's app inventor and it many people I know enjoy it and find it very easy.
