Is this a good junior year schedule

This is a great schedule! I'm a rising junior as well. One thing I would like to note: AP (any language) IS EASIER than (any language) 4.

In my school, the curriculum for foreign language is set up (other than English, which is set up exactly like in the USA):

----As a second language----

Foreign Language 1 (0->A1; Beginner)

Foreign Language 2 (A1->A2; Upper Beginner)

Honors Foreign Language 3 (A2->B1; Lower Intermediate) (Not Honors for Japanese only)

AP Foreign Language (B1; Intermediate)

Foreign Language 4 (B1->B2; Upper Intermediate)

----Huge Gap (courses are native level or higher, need a lot of self study for quite some time before starting this level unless you're already native)----

Foreign Language 5 (C2 advanced; at grade level for natives)

Foreign Language 6 (C2 ultra-advanced; essentially at the level of senior year for native students planning to major in humanities for that language)

Advanced Foreign Language 7 (Club - but is worth 1.0 credit, not Honors/AP; very difficult, undergrad final exam level for that language for those majoring in that language as a native speaker.)

So I would suggest taking AP French before French 4 (at least in my opinion).
