How do I start a NGO as a highschooler?

Hello! I am a junior in highschool and I am extremely passionate about writing and would love to create a writing NGO centered in my hometown where children are provided free writing workshops and books in order to nurture their love of learning and writing. So far I have found people who are interested in sparking this idea however I simply just do not know where to start in terms of making an NGO. Can anyone provide some advice?

Try to volunteer at your local library/build relationships with those who run the place and ask to start a small workshop. Usually you can do this by renting space at the libraries and once you book the space, advertise your workshop around town and grow attendance at your seminar! Good luck!
