This really depends on where you live. Many universities especially ones with nursing programs offer programs for youth to engage in a medical field. Same with local hospitals. You might also want to cold-call/email some practitioners and see if they are willing to let you intern or job shadow them. Connect with your counselor if they know of any local opportunities you can take.
