Graduating early
so If i dont graduate until june of 2025 but my school guidance counselor said I can graduate this year or fall of 2024

Be careful with this and make sure it's something you really want to do first. I am also skipping a grade and the schoolwork is overwhelming and it's hard to keep your GPA up. Colleges don't care if you skip a grade they just want exceptional students who are ready for college so it won't make you look better. Personally I wish I didn't skip a grade, I would've had more time for my sports, ECs and volunteer work.
