Aspiring Architect

Hi guys! I am currently a junior in high school, and I want to get a degree in architecture. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a couple of things:

1) what truly makes an architecture portfolio stand out?

2) what scholarships are out there for aspiring architects? (who are highschoolers)

3) How do I stand out as an aspiring architect in general for colleges?

Thank you!
