Can I apply to top IVY as a freshman, even though I'm currently enrolled in another university?

At now, I currently Digital Media student at RMIT, here is my first year. But I have a dream applying to top IVY, and I want to give myself a chance.

If you enrolled at a different college, you would be a transfer student not a 1st year student. Don't worry, your diploma and all will look the same as the people who started at the IVY school. Also, transfer students usually have less requirements than first year students, so it could be to your advantage!
