I've bred ~45 new F1 Gourd varieties from some seeds I collected in Afghanistan.
Though I've yet to harvest the seeds (a seed corresponds to a new variety, sounds weird but it's genetics) I think I've developed around 3-5 new F1 Grandiflora Rose varieties.
These play into my College application theme, since I have a focus on horticulture, writing/politics, and business. Which are the split ends of my greater passion of international development. The betterment of countries requiring agricultural improvement, continued advocacy, and a robust economy.
First off, that's absolutely AMAZING
I would probalby categorize it as a hobby on Collegevine, and I'm torn between tier 1b exceptional (potentially?) and tier 1c exceptional (for certain). I think you could make a good case for either tier.

Thanks! But, it was disarmingly easy. Chromosomes did all the work.
