Do not panic. The only thing the PSAT matters for is National Merit programs. If you can study well, you can still get a good SAT score. Even if you do not, many colleges are test optional, so you can elect not to submit your scores.

dont stress, you have time before you take the actual SAT and a lot of schools are test-optional nowadays. Just have good balance between school, extracurriculars, and real life--you should be good with that!

If you would like to see how you compare to other people, you can see your score results on college board that gives you an in depth insight to your scores. You can see your percentile compared to the rest of the nation. You might also keep in mind that the SAT can be taken more than once and most colleges look at your top score or allow you to apply test optional. They can also see if you improve from one year or test to the next and I cannot recall a college that looked at your PSAT scores. I would recommend looking at college board and also looking at the average SAT score for the college(s) you would like to attend and the average PSAT/SAT score of your state if you can find it online.

No, you are NOT ruined! Just know that you will need to study hard for SAT/ACTs or go test optional. It's ok; don't let it devastate you.
