Is it okay to prefer a safety school over a target school?

The target school isn't my target the safety one is those are just the college vine chancings.

It's perfectly fine to prefer a safety school. I myself prefer a safety school- I love their program and have 98% chance of being accepted. Of course, this takes quite a load of stress off! Also, b/c my stats are well above their average, I have high chances of receiving merit scholarships.

yes, i rather apply to a school where i have a 99% chance of getting in then a school with a 55%. to save my self of getting that rejection.
