AP Biology Online
Answered

High school student who's looking to apply to college as a Pre-Med or Nursing major.

I really want to take AP Biology, but my school doesn't offer it. I know there are some students who self-study for the exam, and I talked to my counselor about that. However, she recommended that I have someone to learn from first before she would let me take the exam. Are there any online AP Biology courses that also have a tutor/teacher with the course?

Some AP Bio resources I would recommend:

- Bozeman Science: bozemanscience.com/ap-biology

- AP Daily Videos

- AP Biology Fiveable (if you're not a big fan of videos and like to read the content definitely would recommend this, especially for last-minute review)

- Khan Academy (AP Biology)

I believe that edx courses also has an AP Biology course but it's from 2015 I think it

Hi! I self-studied AP Bio last year, and the best resource (free) is the AP Daily videos on the College Board website: they cover all the topics, have practice questions in them, and are super easy to flip through!

You should look and see if any programs that let you take the class, for credit, where you're from. I know Tennessee has a program like this (TN AP access for all), but I'm not sure about other states.
