SAT

question about sat

hi! took the written sat and got a 760 on the english and a 690 on the math. I wanted to do better on the math since it's on the average/below average for a lot of the schools I want to apply to (top 50/selective schools). but my english is on the average/above average side. since it's the last written test, should I take the online one in march or keep my score?

I recommend trying the online SAT. A lot of critics say it will be horrible digital, but many things speak against them; most changes in the SAT are to our advantage actually. EG, for the Math section, the Desmos calculator can solve over 90% of the math if you know the tricks. Look up Method Learning on Youtube and watch the video series they made on it. It increased my PSAT score and I cannot recommend them enough. Even if you know how to solve each problem manually, you save time by plugging them into the calc- more time for the difficult problems you have to repeat!

So, I suggest you give it a shot. It may be totally worth it!
