Struggling with AP bio

I've tried so many things. I ask questions in class. I've varied my notetaking strategies. I've used online review guides. I try to draw pictures so I can visualize the content. I've used flashcards and spaced repetition. I was hoping that I'd be able to do better than I did on my first test, but I just got the second one back and I did worse. Now I'm really unmotivated because I feel like nothing's working. Does anyone have any good strategies?

Personally, right before the AP Test I watched a ton of Amoeba Sisters and Boseman Science as a refresher. They have playlists specifically labelled biology. I got a 4 on the test as someone who isn't that great of a test taker and wasn't the greatest in class. The videos helped solidfy the concepts and connect the dots.
