How can I get more leadership opportunities?Answered
I'm involved in many extracurriculars (BETA, HOSA, School Newspaper, Habitat for Humanity, Debate Club, Track, Cross Country, and a Paid Summer Internship) but I don't think I have a leadership position in any of them. How do I show leadership through extracurriculars?

You can try and get leadership roles within the clubs you do, but leadership doesn't have to be shown in a title. For example in Habitat for Humanity maybe you took the lead on a project or maybe you can start a club or a something self driven like starting a company but my point is leadership can come from anywhere.
