Extracurricular help

Considering to apply to a foreign university became certain as I was about to go into grade 12. I have roughly 9 months to build a solid extracurricular profile. As a person in India, there is a grave lack of opportunities as the system focuses on their universities. I would regard anyone who could help me with extracurricular ideas related to writing(or journalism), physics, chemistry, psychology, mathematics, or volunteering. I would prefer that the activities are free of cost (to avoid burdening my parents) and is virtual.

Thank You very much.

Some EC ideas for you to consider:

Starting a club based on one of your interests.

Beginning a blog (writing/journalism) and taking it seriously/spending extensive time on it.

Volunteering: peer tutoring (both online and at school/in community), community service (helping at hospitals, charity organizations...)

Leadership can be a great idea if you have places you can lead at (school clubs, outside of school clubs...)

Hope this helps :)

I don't have the option to start a club in my school considering my school prioritizes academics over ECs.

Could you suggest some research programs?
