Yes, I do believe that one you finish your junior year you are a senior, even during the summer. Hope this helps!

That's a good question!

For me, yes, I am a senior summer before the senior year of high school. But this may be because I am a homeschooled student. I get evaluated at the end of each year and then upon evaluation, I have "advanced" into the next grade technically.

But I don't really know how it works for regular school students. I recommend reaching out to your high school counselor and asking.
