Moving Across the Country

So, I am planning on applying to UChicago and a lot of countries up north. I'm from Texas, and have no family whatsoever upstate. Should I be worried about college expenses? Will I need a job? And if I do, is coursework hard? Like, realistically, what is your experience with a situation like mine, and is it worth it?

You can always sign up for UChicago information sessions, also sign up for their emails. I live near NY where there’s a lot of information sessions they hold, idk about Texas, you’d have to find out. I heard it is an expensive school but half of their students qualify for financial aid.
