how to improve extracurriculars?

course-wise i'm pretty solid but i'm not happy with my ecs. i do violin and will be in the local orchestra by the time i apply, volunteer regularly for a museum and play roller derby. i'm also planning on working at the local hospital during my gap year when i have more time (and have a diploma). i want to make my ecs look better on my apps but i just don't know if i can balance adding anything more to my schedule

hoping my nepo baby status will carry me at this point lol
