Best extracurriculars for an economics major

Hello everyone, I am planning to do an economics or business major for university, I am currently a junior and wanted some ideas on the best extracurricular activities that I could do to get into top universities, I am from India and in my school we don't exactly have the facility to start our own club...Soo I really wanted some more ideas for what I could do to strengthen my profile...
