If you have one, joining your school's FBLA/DECA is a great opportunity to learn about the business world + grow your brag sheet.

I wouldn't recommend starting a passion project so late. I considered it myself, and I think it's way too much work to put in on top of college applications. You could join/start a finance/investment/FBLA club or do some online courses to show your interest outside of the classroom.
