Same! I have the exact GPA. My advice is to get a 4.0 this year and next year which will lead to you getting at least a 3.4 as your overall gpa senior year. If not, try to at least aim for a 3.5 these next two years.

I have the SAME GPA, and Ap Government is going to tank my grade, but I'm going to try to get Bs and As only, I say you should try the same. And if you can't just try your best. Also is a 2.8 GPA really that terrible... I have all honors classes and I thought a 2.8 was like B minuses.

As long as colleges keep looking at course rigor, we have nothing to worry about!

Do you know why you're getting bad grades?

If you can identify the problem, attack it and see if that works.

It could be a time management issue.

Honestly all you can do is try to get A's and B's in your classes and try to score well on the ACT/SAT. Maybe try to get volunteer hours and extracurriculars up. Hope this helps a bit <3
