Talk to your school counselor. At my school, they have a list of schools for in-state schools. They should be able to guide to a list or some resources to find local scholarships. If that doesn't work, check websites like Fastweb, Bold.org, Tallo, and other 3rd party scholarship sites.

It is also the same in my school. Our counselor always email us scholarship opportunities, especially scholarships designed just for local students. And, you can also find online scholarships by searching "scholarship for students in [your state name]". You will find many wonderful opportunities. Hope this helps!

Do some research on various websites incluwsing Scholarships.com, Fastweb, Scholarship Owl, and even just using a plain old google search.
