Minimum gpa for need based financial aid?

Please let me know, If a student can get admitted to a college in USA with low GPA with need based financial aid.

So need-based aid typically has no minimum GPA unless its a program but that isn't common. Pell doesn't care about GPA, but obviously, you should be passing.

The answer varies by college, but most schools require at least a 2.0 or 2.3 for need-based financial aid. Some more selective colleges, like Harvard, require at least a 2.7, but most are below that.
