Last year (my sophomore) year I struggled with mental Health issues which caused my Gpa to drop from a 3.8 to a 2.9.

I am taking 6 honors this year 1 ap and 1 regular class

(ap's are 5, honors are 4.5 and regulars are 4)

On a weighted scale, roughly 3.82. On an unweighted scale, 3.45. One thing you could consider is, if you really want your GPA high again, would be to retake your sophomore. I know that sounds terrible, but if you absolutely have to have a higher GPA, then that would be a viable option. Good luck, hope this helps.
