As a high school junior there are not a huge amount of ways to get scholarships towards college, unless you apply for external scholarships that start early. A particular scholarship that comes to mind, is the National Merit Scholarship for which you need a certain PSAT score and qualifying applicant to receive a college tuition award. Although, it is worth noting that most of your merit scholarship opportunities will come from the universities that you apply for during your senior year of high school.
