I've yet to see an external scholarship that would add up to a full ride for an undergraduate degree. I've only seen 4 figure scholarships.
It also depends on what the school's cost of attendance is. If it's 20k then a 5k scholarship could go a long way but if it's 50k< then it'll be much harder.
Iefa is the only site I know of.
