Though CollegeVine does not have a list of scholarships specifically for students from families on fixed income, we do have a blog post highlighting 79 colleges with full-ride scholarships. In general, students with parents in this situation often receive generous financial aid packages, as fixed income is lower than the average family income of most applicants. Hope this helps!
