You should try the International Student Scholarship Search website.
You could also search online for scholarships that are offered for residents of your country to study internationally. There might be some local companies that offer scholarships. Depending on where you are from governmental scholarships to study abroad might also be available.
Some universities including highly prestigious ones will have it's own scholarships that are especially for international students.
