Paying for College

Do all colleges accept any scholarship? If not, how do I see what that school accepts?
Answered

I am starting my college application process and I am interested in getting full tuition. Where can I find colleges on the East Coast that accept full tuition? And do all colleges accept any scholarships? What are the common scholarships that most schools accept? Can I please have all the steps needed for this process? Thanks

Yes, all colleges will accept any outside scholarship you have. Scholarship organizations will transfer your scholarship money through one of two ways - they will either give it to you directly as a check, or they will send a check to your college's financial aid office. The financial aid office will then credit the scholarship money to your account.

As for full-tuition scholarships, these are given out by colleges through the financial aid process. Here is a list of all the colleges in the US that meet award full-tuition scholarships - many of them are on the East Coast.

Hope this helps!
