Depends on (but not limited to) your preferences for location, size, availability of financial aid, academic rigor (it can significantly impact your ability to get/remain on the team), opportunities, and teams in your case. Talking to people currently attending those colleges and (if possible) visiting them would give you a better idea about which one is the best fit for you.
