Paying for College

How do I apply for financial Aid being an international student?

All the colleges I'm currently applying to mention the FAFSA regarding financial aid, but to my understanding that only applies to us citizens, can anyone help me?

Hi @claraferla!

The ISFAA (International Student Financial Aid Application) will be more relevant than the FAFSA in your case. If you aren't a US citizen or an eligible non-citizen, you won't get any federal aid determined using FAFSA, but you can still get institutional aid determined from ISFAA. Some colleges also require the CSS profile, which can be filled out on Collegeboard. Make sure you check college websites for the requirements.

Hope this helps!
