why do we pay to apply to universities when we are looking for scholarships is it not meant to be freeAnswered
like am 16 trying to get a scholarship but I am being told to apply but I have to pay to send my application I don't have money or an account and even if I get how sure am i they will accept me talk less of a scholarship or a financial aid.

There are some colleges that don't require a fee to apply for a university. And there are others that have a free application week:)

can you give me a name of some very good schools that doesn't require to apply because every school I try tend to ask me to pay for application fees
