To be a lawyer, you need to follow these steps. First, apply to a college of your choice. There is no specific major that is required to enter law school. My mom's boss is a successful defense attorney and he majored in driver's education! Once you get a bachelor's degree (4 years), you need to take your LSAT, which stands for Law School Admission Test. The highest score possible is a 180, and the lowest possible score is 120. The average score is around 150. Once you graduate from law school (3 years), you must pass the bar exam. If you pass all of this, congratulations! You're a lawyer! None of these steps can be skipped, and it's a lot of hard work. Good luck with your search, and remember to work hard and try your best!
