I got accepted into the Brown Pre-College Program. I am registering for a 2-week college course, but I don't know what class to take. Which one should I do:
Did you know the classes before you applied (and payed at least $2,000)? It sounds like you wanted the prestige and not the actual experience and knowledge you will gain if so because these are very different topics. Anyway, take the class that most aligns with your major and extracurriculars.
All of those classes sound very interesting! You should sign up for whichever one you have the most interest in, not the one with the most votes. If you’re genuinely interested in the class, your participation will seem more genuine, and less like you just did it because it sounded good on your resume.
Those all sound like interesting classes to me, I think which ever take will be fun.
Take whichever one you want to. It all depends on your interests and what you want to do. We don't know you as a person so we can't tell you what to do, so do whatever you feel speaks out to your passions.
Take whichever one you think you would enjoy most! Colleges would always rather see you taking initiative to participate in something you are genuinely interested in. People can always spot a poser, take what you enjoy, not what you think is the most prestigious/difficult/recognized.
Take the class you would most like to take that aligns with your interests, but they are all great options.
