Preferably far away from Wisconsin, but that are relatively affordable.
Definitely Georgetown, it has great academics and is right in DC with plenty of opportunities. It is also far away from Wisconsin.
hi there !!
this really depends on what you count as "affordable". how much can your parents contribute, are you going to work during college, stuff like that. that being said, I think (besides very prestigious schools like ivies or Stanford) schools like Georgetown, George Washington University, and American University would be good. I'm considering a major in international relations myself also so :). the schools I mentioned are all in DC. relatively far from Wisconsin and very good political prospects.

Thank you for your insight :) this was really helpful and I’ll start looking into those schools. As far as affordable goes, I just don’t want to go into more than 30,000 per year.
