Hi! There is this really cool website that lets you shadow doctors. There is no age requirement and you get a certificate of participation. Prehealthshadowing.com
It can be verified for shadowing hours as long as you put VIRTUAL shadowing on your resume or college application, and your school approves it. They also have regular volunteering, where you assist in presenting things such as PowerPoints.
